How did it happn??
Can I restore any of my users. I had 153 registered users

You can restore your Forum by using Forumotion Tools, Here is the link

& use email id & password, which you entered while creation of your Forum.


& If you don,t remember your Creation password or facing any problem, than you can send PM to any one of them ( MrMario, Luky, Typlo ). They can restore your forum in case you couldn,t restore your forum..

@Nomee ~ Your giving wrong infos/asnwers, first of all, MrMario or Luky doesn't restore/back up forums, only Typlo does, you will only contact Typlo if the back up doesn't work and Typlo will do it for you.

First thing you need to do is to recover a new password by reading this:
https://help.forumotion.com/t42285-for-founders-who-lost-their-passwords

Once you recovered a new password, you can perform a back up for your forum here:
https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

Then see if it works.

I do not know if I forgot my password for my account or it was deleted by forumotion. I need help, my forum is blocked by online guardian without any explanation or warning and I can not get access to https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ to at least somehow download a database or something. What should I do?

obraz.forumotion.com is the adress... More than 3 years the forum works perfectly, no problems. At least send me a copy somehow to have discussions in the archives ... Please help!

Forum is banned which in this case you get no access to database or any other the information of the forum. Database is under Forumotion hands and doesn't move out of the hands of them. If you create a new forum please read the Terms of Service and follow them.

That would be why. If you break a rule your forum gets banned. If another user does it and not you ban them by there IP & delete what they put on the forum or it will get banned.

If I do not think forum violated the rules, who should I complain? Forum has been around for over 3 years, works the same way and now it is deadlock on who knows what. If the database is under your hand (offcourse), give me at least a copy of a discussion in text form, why would that be a problem? Or, I ask you again, give me a way to get back some discussion. I would appreciate that....
