"Banned players group"? I believe you just mean that you want to ban a member, whihc obviously doesn't need a group. Go to the user's profile, hit the "Profile" link at the bottom of it. You will not be in the Control Panel, or Advanced Control Panel (if you've set it to advanced). Scroll down to the bottom of that page, and choose the option to ban the member.

If you do want to simply differentiate between banned and non-banned members, just make a warning system that displays that they're banned.

Well, in that case you will have to make the group yourself. You will also need to add any banned members to that group manually. To make a banned group, please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Group Administration (on the left, under Groups)
4. Click on the "Create new group" button
5. Fill in all the fields as required; but make sure you called it "Banned Players" or "Banned"
6. Designate a group colour and select "Color Group Members"
7. Select it as a closed group and save

Very Happy

Exactly as I said-- you must create a group. If you do not understand, you have to colour it, as said by Base.

EDIT:
Nevermind, it seems that as typing, the issue was resolved. Very Happy
