Deactivate Topic Reply Notification

how can i deactivate the tpic reply notification from the control panel, so that noone recieves topic notification emails?

You can't disable it for everyone at once. The users must do that themselves. Go to Profile // Preferences // Always notify me of replies // No // Go to Topics(s) being watched // Click Mark all // Stop watching these topics.
