Litigation page broken?

Post by RIPStuNov22 on March 4th 2011, 3:43 am

What is wrong with the litigation page?

I have been trying to post a complaint but I can not as all attempts yield the error:

Wrong picture (jpg, gif and png allowed)

Even though I have tried everything to post it properly.

I will now post the complaint here.

Litigation title*
Private tournament password thieves

Description*
I own/work for a number of online poker sites that hold PRIVATE tournaments on a variety of poker sites.

Almost every single one of these games have been ruined by 1000 Russian password thieves operating off the site freerolls.forumotion.com

These freerolls are paid for by myself or the owners of the sites I work for and allowing these Russian criminals to continue to steal from the legitimate members is UNACCEPTABLE.

You WILL remove this site immediately or we will have no alternative but to hold Forumotion civilly liable for losses that are being incurred.

Use a direct link. It must end in one of those file names (.jpg, .gif, .png)

To use the direct link on Imageshack, you must have an account, (its free).

Or just use ServImg here. Click the Tree with the recorder and copy the direct link.

Edit: By the way, use this image link: http://img811.imageshack.us/img811/8210/forumotionthief.jpg

Thank you.

Complaint posted.

But the site said the complaint was sent to freerolls.forumotion.com

Why would you tell a criminal he's being investigated?

The complaint is sent to the Forumotion Litigation team who in turn take action if deemed necessary against the forum.

I see the litigation team has decided that they are NOT going to be taking any action, therefore I will.

You will be hearing from my attorney and will be facing a civil suit shortly.

what ever.
you have no way knowing if litigation's even received the complaint yet.
It takes time plus they have to first investage to make sure it is a true complaint and violation taken place. If there are any true violations taken place the forumotion will take all necessary steps to either warn the forum and ask them to remove content, or in most cases just shut the forum down.

It is also possible that it was handed over to onlineguardian to deal with as well.

Thread locked.
forumotion support staff with the acception of typlo have nothing to do with forumotions litigation team nor decisions
