Gangster, as I had said in private, your work was well done, and had nothing wrong to say. However, I am forced to take that back because leaving like that without warning is not correct. It's disrespectful towards everyone you've worked with and everything you've worked for.
People like that who can't seem to realise the consequences of their actions aren't worthy of being in a team. Hence, in my book, your depature from the team can only be a good thing

well i remember back on jan 18 he said on our staff board we was going to leave,

Of course we were all supportive of his decision but did ask him to reconsider, and he did up until today,Why he went out with having his account deleted i don't know?

I agree that it was probably not the best way to go about it, But it's probably better to have someone just leave then to stay if they do not wish to be here.

So i have no hard feelings and he did great for the time he was with us.

I and was just about to come back and post to Calihem that maybe it was a mistake. I had just been talking to a member who had accidentally deleted her account somehow (even though I have it set to no unsubscribing, with the mods having no banning powers) and that reminded me.
That's happened to me before. xP

Let me put it this way :

1) I am not sure if you are the real Gangstar or just someone pretending to be him. Out of respect for the work he has done I won't ban your account but I most certainly won't give you any permissions either.

2) If you are the real Gangstar then you can get back in the staff by doing the same things that made you earn the right of getting in the staff in the first place.

3) All the above being said this topic doesn't make much sense even if you are the real Gangstar or not => Topic locked
