New Registration Emails

Hi

For some reason I am not getting emails (notifications) of new members trying to register...luckily my co administrator in London is still receiving emails...please advise how I can fix this as we have a huge time difference with me the owner of the forum in Australia! This has only started happening in this last week...my email address has not changed!

They might be in the Junk or Spam folder of your email.

Just checked & no they are not...this is interesting...I did not receive notification from you re your reply either yet I get some notification from my forum on new posts but not all...also in the last couple of days since this has happened the new members who have been approved have not logged on...I am wondering whether they are receiving notification of being approved??

Is it a gmail or yahoo address? Or something else?

It is "optusnet.com.au"...an Australian server! I am not having trouble with normal emails it is just something to do with notifications re the forum...this morning there were 2 topics posted on both of which should have sent me notification as they are long running & I am always notified when someone responds...I got notification re one of the topics but not the other...I have checked my admin panel & my own profile...all ticks are correct!

Alas, there was an issue recently as far as Hotmail accounts receiving emails as well.
Have you received emails to your Optus account previously?

Yeah...they are good haha...& yes I am getting my emails from everywhere else it just seems to be something re the forum...seems particularly weird that I am getting some notifications from the forum but definately not new registrations & when I go on the board I get surprised at how many new posts have been made where I am not notified...this has only been for the last week or so! My co admin is receiving the new registrations on her email though!!

Try to use a gmail account & check please?
