Hi check your admin control panel / general / Configuration / Allow BBCode /
& see if thats set to no if it is set it to yes.

Did you add the wibiya toolbar? Please remove it. Then it shall work again.

i had been found the reason from wibiya toolbar, but now it in home page ( index_body ) Instead of
Display - Homepage - Generalities
and it work fine but i found it didn't work Properly in Internet Explorer but it work fine with firefox and the others
