email Problems roundcube horde

Hello;

I logged into my email account that is supplied by you the horde and webmail services for the site successfully once quite a while ago and I have never been able to access it again and I have no idea why. I have not done anything different.

How do I go about getting my password reset so I can go in and have all the email redirected to my regular email?

The system that is in place is unreliable due to the fact that I cannot access it.
For all I know it is jammed solid with unanswered emails.

You go into the Misc tab and mailbox configuration to change the emails passwords.
