"Background" to cover entire "background"?

OK. So if you go to the memberlist, you will see that the background where it says "Hobbies", "Join Date", and such, is blue. Now, my background is a picture of rocks, which is cool. What ain't cool, is that the rocks only covers a part of the background. If I go down my list, the background will be blue. How the I get the entire background rocky?

EDIT : Wait, I don't see your screenshot before and just messed up, so I delete my post. I don't see any blue background there.. :bw

OK. See if you can find number 10. Also known as "Member 10". Then look to the left... It is blue color there, instead of grey. Do you get it now?
