Multiple Moderators in Forum
I wanted to ask you the master forumotion here ....
how I can make a ranking of users from several different people .....
For example:
1.Moderators is a Tom Delonge and
2.Moderators is a Mark Hoppus and
3.Moderators is a Travis Barker
so I mean how to make a ranking users with multiple users, this is why I ask you for moderators who appear in the message or topic is only 1 person and I've done some user settings by entering into a member of moderators that I want to make the moderators also of course ...
I ask you reply as soon as a friend ....

Re: Multiple Moderators in Forum
i am not understanding?
you want to make moderators or you want to give the mods multiple ranks?
You can only give them one rank.
But i am not sure what you are trying to do.

Re: Multiple Moderators in Forum
you have to set the rank.
Go to
Admin panel>user groups>find the user you want>click on his name>
It will bring up his profile,
then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and set the users rank.then hit save.

Re: Multiple Moderators in Forum
yeah i think thats what he means.
like i said above and Russel has stated, you can only set one rank for a user.
you can have a user in more then one group, but even with that it would only show in there profile they are in one group as well.

Re: Multiple Moderators in Forum
teach you what?
i am not sure if i understand what you are trying to do?
If you want to give a member more then one rank, then you can not do this.
You can set up advanced profile fields.. but once again i am unsure of what it is you want and are trying to do.
So i wont even go into explaining that because it might end up confusing you more for something that you are not asking.
I apologize, it's just your wording is really confusing me and i am not sure if i understand you correctly.

No you can not give a member more then one rank.
It's one rank per members for what ever rank you want to give them.

Re: Multiple Moderators in Forum
Ah, you are meaning to have the same ranks of different members?
Okay, Lets make it simple and easy:
1. Make sure you have created special rank. Admin Panel > User and Groups Ranks > Rank Administration > Add New Rank (Fill the necessary fields) and set as special Rank to > YES. You can either put image.
2. After you created a special, proceed to your forum, click the username of you member/s you want to set the rank.
Click username > Click Profile beside the Administrate user > and then change the Rank Title : > you have created in your special rank.
If you want to put again the this rank to other members, you can do the same instruction in #2.
