only admins are allowed o see this link

this my my problem when we're trying to put a link on forum
its says "only admins are allowed to see this link"

Hello vcaliguiran,

To fix that problem, please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Categories and forums (on the left, under Forum)
4. Click on the permissions sign () of the forum that is creating the problem
5. Change the "See links in the messages" to something else

Repeat for all forums if necessary.
