If i say "If your problem is Solved..." is considered moderate?

If I say the following:

"If your question is resolved, do not forget to put the icon Solved"

Do you consider moderate?

yes if you mark your problem as solved then it's telling us it's solved and then will be locked,

There is no reason to leave solved threads open, plus if someone sees a thread thats marked solved with the same problem they are having then they answer is in that post and they do not need to start a new post and ask the same question.

Thats why we always suggest members always search for their problem because chances are it's already here a zillion times over... lol
