Forum pending deletion?!

I opened my administrator control panel today, and I was shocked to find a message informing me that my forum was pending deletion. While you've all most likely seen it, here's the message I'm encountering.

"Dear "www.xenonmonkey.com" forum administrator(s), it appears that your forum doesn't respect our Terms of service. Our service is free, so we are urged to only display legal content on the forums.

You have have until the 28-03-2011 to be in conformity. After this delay, we will have to delete your forum if it still isn't in conformity."

I'm absolutely confused and terrified of this and I can't even begin to fathom which one of those rules the forumotion admins are warning me about. As we may have at one time broken several of them, but not in any serious manner. Such as the spam one or the personal information one.

I also had been running ads from chitika.com until recently, when they seemed to be forcibly removed from my site without notice, this strikes me as odd, as there doesn't seem to be any rule against using our own ads on our website among the ads forumotion requires.

If there is any rule I have broken, I would definitely like to know about it.Is there any way to diagnose which rule I have broken? If not, is there any way to contact an administrator about this?

Hi,

Do you have any Illegal music, incorrectly edited the footer, or have any pornography on your forum?

Also, ensure that there is no derogative or dis-meaning posts.

At one point the footer seems to have been deleted, but it was brought back recently.

A couple days later, the deletion notice came.
