How do i make the words scroll acrost the screen in my forum.

I have a problem.I don't know how to make the words like on this site http://x-scape.forumotion.com/ I don't understand how to do that.I would like someone to please explain how to do this. Thank you

Hello dark2,

The scrolling text you see is called a scrolling announcement. You can activate them by going to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Announcements (on the left, under Messages and e-mails)
4. Select "Activate announcements : Yes"
5. Fill out the rest of the fields as necessary

Once you have done all that, you should see a message scrolling across the forum index, portal and/or all pages depending on your settings.
