[ HELP ] How to import themes

Hi !
- I want to import a phpbb theme from my pc to my forum . Exactly this theme CLICK 2 See
- When I download this theme is in rar [archived] . And when I upload in themes managment nothing change .
- PLEASE HELP ME TO INSTALL THIS THEME CLICK 2 See @ my forum

Please keep with the default font and color. Bold and color are allowed for staff moderation.

You will need to bring any codes and images over one by one to your liking. You might also need to do some extra coding to make it look the way you want.
