Internal Server Error 500 Empty Internal Server Error 500

Hi all,
Quite a few of my members are reporting an Internal Server Error 500, or something like that.
I have asked them to do the initial things like clear cache, etc, but that proves no help.
Could anyone advise?

EDIT- I have recommended they use firefox. Some have said they are using IE.
They should be able to use any browser to view the forum regardless.

Can we get an information of what browser are they using? Advice them to use other browsers.

Its possible that their internet connection is having issues then.

If they are on satelite or dial up connection those two do not like forumotion servers.
