Advertising credits Empty Advertising credits

Post by ArcadiaHub March 28th 2011, 2:12 pm

I am the admin for ArcadiaHub.Forumotion.com. I purchased credits to remove ads and those credits worked for members; however, not for guests. I used 2,000 credits for guest and member radio button option. Can you please let me know why guests still see ads. I am assuming guests are unregistered users simply browsing the forum. Please let me know. I just do not want any ads showing up on the forum for any user.

Also, how can i change the email that setup the account from one to another?

Thanks so much. And the toolset offered is great. It is appreciated.

Link to your forum? Are you sure you bought credits for removal of ads for guests as well as members & also the time has not crossed yet?

See my link in previous post. Arcadiahub.forumotion.com. Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I am sure. I spent 2000 credits yesterday at 2300 EST to remove ads. I would imagine logging of credit application shows this somewhere? I also did the copyright and storage option credit application. Does this take time to apply for guests? It was immediate for members and admin.

You will need to contact Typlo. Please take a screenshot of this translation, with a forum url, and anything else that you want to include to help fix this issue.

Not to be suspicious or weird or anything, but why would you buy that for a forum that has 0 members?

Understood thanks. I bought it as it was offered, it is a newer forum, and I anticipate it is a good investment to make the forum more professional for users minus the advertising. I am looking forward to great things coming from this forum and the site associated. I believe in it; so, I am willing to initially invest in it.

Is it as simple as an issue in the order credits were applied? In other words; can the credits, 2000, be refunded by Forumotion then simply reapplied? Adim; please see my credit log to see they were applied. Just a thought as a way to rule things out. Waiting to hear from typlo. Thanks everyone for your help so far.
