How To add chatbox in portal and one more question here Forumo11Hello,

It's not possible to add the Forumotion chatbox on the portal but you can however get a chatbox from somewhere(like chat from xat) and create a widget, then paste the code of the chatbox there and add it on your portal structure > Save

For the 2nd question, editing the footer is not allowed though they must retain the original footer links, those can be done via templates

Admin Panel > Display > Templates > General > overall_footer
