Need help with the menu bar

Hey! I need help...

In the menu bar (home FAQ search memberlist usergroup profile etc. etc...) I want to change the name "home" to "Forum". My question is, how do I do that?

Its possible to change the name only if its a picture. If its a text, its not possible to change.

Display>Pics management
Advanced mode
Change the picture there.
