Please Explain to me how to buy credits in Philippines and how much they in Peso? thanks!!!

Although I live in the Philippines, I don't know how much it costs on Peso because I haven't bought any credits on my forum but here's an info, you can convert if you want:

When do purchase credits, you are able to select your own currency. In this case, you select Pound Sterling instead of Euros. The software will then automatically convert everything into pounds for you and then you are able to pay in your own currency. Wink

As for how much the credits cost, here is a list:
500 Credits - £3.95
1000 Credits - £7.90
2000 Credits - £14.22
3000 Credits - £20.54
4000 Credits - £26.86
5000 Credits - £33.18

last question i read have read the link you gave me it says that "Members can Donate" does it mean its free to me no charges/pay to the Admin of the Forum just member will be deducted?

There's no need to pay if they have donated to your forum, the credits will be donated to your forum which you can use Wink
