Mass Email not sending

Well, a spam folder is a folder where your mail provider moves all emails to if they are considered to be spam.

There must be one somewhere.

I'm with you now - I've just checked via web its went into junk mail and not inbox! It used to go into Inbox! I was using the Iphone to check emails and junk doesnt come up.

You're welcome. In future, you should add the Forumotion email address to your safe sender's list to prevent any emails being moved to your junk folder.
