How to replace a link?

Hello. On the forum I own, there are links such as Index, Portal, Messages and such.

^ That is the forum. I'd like to replace the link to the chat room tab. Because I created the chat room tab and added it in there somehow years back I don't remember to well how to replace the link. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
