Multi-forum icon changes?

I put this here because I assume it needs some kind of script.

I am using this tut http://help.forumotion.com/t21989-multi-forums-in-one
I am wondering if I can make the icons I use change to show new posts, like your main forum icons?

That tutorial is not what I need. I need the icons to change with new posts, no new posts & forum is locked. Confused

Admin panel > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics management > Icons for the forum

and replace the image with which you want... Smile
