Removing space at top of site

I was curious if anybody knew how I could remove most of the open space at the top of my forum. After Removing the logo there is a big piece of open space and I would like to nudge the content as close to the top as I can. PHPBB2 with SubSilver Blue skin,

Try deleteing this from overall_header, save and publish. If it is not what you wanted press the red cross to undo the action.
