How to make forum border transparent using CSS CODE?

Hi, can we see of a screenshot of exactly what you're trying to change? I may be able to provide you with a CSS code.

Depending what border it is,you may be able to do it right from your colors list as well

like this:

I do not believe that it is transparent. I believe it has something to do with the width of your forum. Try changing the width.

It's a vBulletin board you're looking at. It has no wrap. That's all.
Those shadows (if you're asking for them) are made via PS on the background image.
If you want you can make a transparent image in PS and put it as your bodyline (assuming you're asking for phpBB2) otherwise play with opacity.

i would just change the background image in pic's management, or remove it and just have a color.

Maybe it's possible thru CSS code.

To certain classes/selectors yes by adding opacity: x;
But if you add it to your body/wrap/bodyline, it will catch other things on forum.

it's just an example..you can adjust the opacity between 0 ~ 1
