Solved Problem with new topic

Hi I have problem with my forum,Please help.

This is topic in my forum.Problem with new topic 20110415145944

After members wrote any post,topic change this,ok this is write.Problem with new topic 20110415150742

But here's the problem.I not click this topic!After 1 hour maybe more,topic back to normal.
Please help my fix this problem. Problem with new topic Praying

How about closing the internet browser or even closing tab during the 1 hour time span?

I think that I fixed. I turned off Cookies deletion link , and everything is fine.
