After topics or posts in my forum, there is a similar topics bar including stuff from other forums and it is really drawing attention away from my forum. How do I take it away?

If it's what I think it is, go to admin panel->General->Forum Promotion-> Traffic Exchange (on the sidebar) and then just click on "no"... ninja'd...
