Not letting me upload a photo on here..

I came on here to report a slanderous forum. It has many problems which I would like to send to the appropriate staff. I looked over the rules like you should before doing anything on a forum. It was clear that I should go here to report a site. https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/litigation.php But when I attempted to send the report it stated I wasn't using the correct picture. So I uploaded it through imageshack cause I thought it might be photobucket even though it was png. But it won't allow me to upload it through them either. It says "Wrong picture (jpg, gif and png allowed)" which confuses me because I am attempting to upload a png. So then I attempted to not send it at all and just post a link in the description box. But it requires a picture to be there. Then I attempted to pm a mod, but I do not have the post count needed.

Also I know this is technical issue. But the descriptions of the subcategories made them seem like those threads were from forum technical issues. Any help would be awesome I have the web page open and I am read to send it.

did you try changing to a jpeg or uploading to servimg?
