Solved Moving Posts

So all the previous threads about this I have found involve clicking 'moderator options' I am the forum administrator, and I am part of the group I have selected as 'moderators of this forum,' but I'm not seeing any moderator options anywhere.

If I want to move a post from one thread, and make it a new thread in a different category, how dod i do that?
