Forum Banner Resize Problem Empty Forum Banner Resize Problem

I uploaded a banner that fits the width of my screen, but as soon as I view it on another screen or change the windows size, the banner either becomes too large or too small. Is there any way to make it so that the banner will automatically re-size itself?
