Solved Domain name fix

Post by aerconduco April 21st 2011, 3:14 pm

I've looked through the FAQs and a reasonalbe search and can't find and answer to this one:

I created a forum named Air Guns Inc. I was happy with this but during the intial set up I entered in the domain description thinking I'd be able to go back and alter it later. However, it seems I can't.

For a test, I created another forum named Air Guns Or US in where I applied something more toward what I wanted in the decription. This looked better, sounded better. I paid close attetion to the steps I'd made in doing this the second time around and see that there seems no way to go back and alter this.

Or is there?

I'd like to keep the first domain and do away with the second but, again, I'm not happy with the first decription that is listed directly underneath the domain name on the home page.

Can anyone tell me if I can fix this? If it can't be fixed, can I have both domains deleted, go back, use the origina domain name with a corrected description and start over that way?

Some help is greately appreciated.

I probably wasn't doing something right when I tried that. It's working for me now though.

Feel like an idget! So simple to do! But I DID try that last night. Must not have "saved" it properly or something.

Thanks for the help.
