I just want to add this:
UTC time does not have all of Australia, as it's missing Sydney (GMT +10:00) (Which should be where Canberra is) and Queensland/Brisbane should have it's own timezone as it is in a different time zone. When Daylight saving come in Brisbane is 1hr ahead of Sydney, Canberra is the same as Sydney and a few other time changes.

As far as my timezone issue goes, it's been there since the devs made the stupid decision to change from GMT to UTC clocks.
Any words the fix, it has after all been several years.
Or is the like the broken promise of a Cash Mod; promised, but removed from the development list because it was "Too Hard"?

I perfectly understand your trouble. I know that some timezones are missing. However, UTC clock has been chosen by the company and we cannot discuss this choice.
I would appreciate you don't words like "stupid" while talking about Devs. They are daily working hard for performing the service.
