hi!i want to ask,happens when someone is registering in my forum instead I go to control panel and do manual entitled degree (Member)this is done automatically in the profiles appear to Rank State member?

That is a rank. To create one, please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Rank Administration (on the left, under Ranks)
4. Add new rank
5. Set "Minimum Posts : 0" and "Special Rank : No"
