is there a rank that every download link or post they will be rank up example her rank is traine then he post and he rank up to private If you know to do that please comment below

You can have it where the ranks have a specific number of posts.

For Example:
Rank - Regular Member
Post - 1
Rank - Advance Member
Post - 100
