Nopes, definitely not. DVD's bought are for your viewing. You cannot distribute it, unless you have the license along with it to distribute the content.

Hi,

To get a license, you need to contact the distributor, and get their explicit written permission, which generally incurs a charge, which can be well into the hundreds of dollars.

For example, in terms of a game, if I brought a game from Sony Online, I would have to contact ActiVision to get authority to distribute it.
