Permission of users

how can i add a permission that users cannot post in that section without example 10 posts. how can i do that?

You can create a group and set the auto add for members that reach ten post count.
then just be sure to set the groups permissions how you see fit.

You cannot post new topics in this forum
You can reply to topics in this forum

Permissions for your forum will be the permissions option for each forum.
But you will also see the permissions for each group you create as well, so when you are setting or going through the permissions for your forums you will have the options to set them for your groups in the same place.

Admin panel>general>forum

click on the lil permissions icon for the forum you wish to change permissions for,set as you wish,then save.

you will have to continue this for each forums permissions you wish to change one by one, or you can always copy the permissions from one forum to have selected for another forum you want with the same permissions
