i set up a forum called incotalk.forumotion.co.uk and then kept the same name calling it incotalk.org

after searching on google i found another website calling itself incotalk.org.uk which has hidden source code redirecting to another website they set up.

i know the people who have done this they were members of my website and caused abuse.

i have contacted their hosts who are simply protecting them to the hilt

would i have to start all over again with a new forum or is there anyone who can intervine.

urgent help needed as these people are taking all incotalk extensions to spoof people

Nothing we could do unless they really try to impersonate your website.

there is some kind of issue with the websites which have copied mine.

they have told someone that i own them for some unknown reason.

in the best interest and to stop any further acts going on i have made a request to delete my domain and also remove my listing from google.

This word of talk has got not ramifications. You need to show proof that the forum is infringing your copyright content & stealing stuff from your website such as articles created on your forum for example.

You can delete your forum via the Forum admin panel. Which i believe you have already done.

there are all sorts of issues going on.

when i set up my forum, these members split away and then put a message on their website informing everyone that my site was only tempoary and was also shutting down and then took my forum name to redirect people to their website then it is not talk as you say.

their mesage caused all sorts of problems and i lost all my members

it is like someone say the pogo.com is closing when it is not think of what implications it can have on the net.

if someone said this website was closing what would you do?

and no my website domain has not been deleted which i submitted and requested.

anyway we could go on and on about this situation so i have contacted someone for help

I don't have members who would be silly enough to read on some other forum that my forum is closing & they should join this forum.

PM Typlo to delete the forum for you.
