Log in Color Changing Empty Log in Color Changing

Post by Sairu Tue 26 Apr - 19:50

Hi, I have a small problem and i hope you can help me with it.
My Forum is dark themed so i use white text coloring.

But if you press login, the background of the log in and password field is Yellow...
And the forum text color is white ... so its really hard to read the username and password field.

Log in Color Changing Ddddddddddddddddd

Is there a way to change that part of the forum to another color?
like make the background of the field black instead of yellow
or that part of the field black? i don't know, just anything that would solve it without
changing the rest of the forum theme xD

I believe it's possible to change it using CSS, but as Sanket said, we will need your forum link. Smile

I don't see a problem when I visit your forum. This is what I can see:

Log in Color Changing Loginblack

Have you tried using a different browser?

strange o.O , hmm i use google chrome, some people have told me this problem, i didn't realise it untill they reported it to me, because i use the one on the 'statistics' page xD, but when i went to the login button it was for me yellow field and white letters, i hoped there was a css to fix it , but i guess i can point them to the statistics page xD

Well i went on with opera,Firefox,IE,chrome safari and flock.
All backgrounds are gray and white text.

I am on vista right now and can test with both win7 and XP if needed.

what operating system are you using?

are you using css for this, if so make sure you css is either the same color as you drop down menu field color options vice verse.

i think it may be a css thats not compatible with all operating systems or conflicting with the drop down menu fields color,

But i am just guessing.. need to know if you are Husein css there or not for starts? if so take that out and try to set it with only your drop down menu field in your colors management.

i have had a similar situation which was a result of the colors differing from that of the css and the colors drop down menu field for a specific area. If they are conflicting or different, then you'll get what you're seeing . I removed the color from the drop down field and all was corrected.
Not sure this is your problem, but i'd thought i'd share what i have experience as a measure of resolving your problem.
