This is an html page. I have the image 'centered' left to right, but how can I get it center up and down?

Thanks, Bpoetic

Or you could add a few <b> at the top or bottom of the image to center it vertcally Smile

Thanks guys, but neither worked. I have two html pages with image maps that need to be centered vertically.

Here is the coding for one of them:

Code:
<html>
<head>
<title> Bpoetry.com </title>

<style type="text/css">
  body { color: black; background: black; }
</style>
</head>
<body>

<DIV align=center><IMG border=0 name="Home Page

Enter" src="http://img827.imageshack.us/img827/5365/homepageenter.jpg" useMap=#2> <MAP name=2><AREA href="http://www.bpetry.net/c1-meet-the-author" shape=CIRCLE target=_blank coords=" 179,  325,  34"><AREA href="http://www.bpoetrywriters.net/" shape=CIRCLE target=_blank coords=" 391,  291,  31"><AREA shape=POLY coords=" 290,  482,  324,  515,  357,  515"><AREA shape=POLY coords=" 250,  531,  284,  564,  317,  564"><AREA href="http://www.bpetry.net/c10-articles" shape=RECT target=_blank coords=" 284,  39,  352,  59"><AREA href="http://www.bpetry.net/c9-stories-in-short" shape=RECT target=_blank coords=" 214,  148,  291,  193"><AREA href="http://www.bpetry.net/h11-poetry-entry-page" shape=RECT target=_blank coords=" 409,  196,  486,  239"><AREA href="http://www.bpetry.net/h12-enter-page" shape=RECT alt="Welcome To BC Williams Writings!" target=_self coords=" 678,  148,  763,  433"><AREA shape=DEFAULT><!--  Image map created with Meracl ImageMap Generator, get it for free at http://come.to/meracl  --></MAP>
<DIV align=right><A href="http://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/" target=_blank><FONT color=sienna size=1>This Site Hosted by Forumotion</FONT></A></DIV></DIV>
 </MAP>
</div>
</body>
</html>

If you cut and paste this into an html page, you'll see that the image is centered horizontally, but not vertically. (Sits too low on the page) I understand vertical centering is very tricky . . . obviously above my head:-)

Any coding wizards around to help?

Thanks again, guys!
