Request to add files to index.php

Is it possible to request to an administrator or forumotion staff to add some files in to my forums index.php file?

As i am trying to add comet chat toolbar, but obviously the files need added into my forums php files, but i obviously don;t have access to them, so am i able to request typlo or luky or someone to do it for me?

Because they own their software and don't want people to have access.

Well it wouldn't be having access. It would simply be, typlo taking 2 mins to add something in for me.
