Question about uploads

Some members asked me if the can add links to posts that contain downloads... Is it OK with FM ? All of links except po*n sites and stuff like that...

*None of the files will be hosted on my forum.

As long as the download links do not link to anything which is against Forumotion's TOS then you should be fine.

Well here is my problem... They will be megaupload and rapidshare links.So they do not promote piracy because they are paid hosting services.So if the contain things that are not free licence is there any problem ?

Yes there is a problem, if the content in those files is not available for distributing purposes.

Ok thank you both.You can lock this topic... (I think that this rule must change... We do not host the files on our forums... We just give links for rapidshare and other sites like that.Anyway that's it !)
