How to remove user's posts

Hey guys before 2 years i created a site for my clan with 160 + members.Now i decided to make a new start and i deleted all the topics.I am trying to do a system of posts ex:when a user doesnt come to training or something like that to have a penalty of -10 posts.Is that possible?If not,will it be a feature?
If thats not possible,is it possible to fake user's posts?It will take me time because the groups i have are auto subscribe to normal posts.

I saw the points system but is it possible to be for auto group subscribe?If not,is it possible to make the name at a board and next to it add the points,to refresh automatically.Ex:
