Partial access to Admin panel?? Empty Partial access to Admin panel??

Greetings,

I would like to grant access to admin panel to one of my mods but I dont want him to have full access. I wont him only to have access to html coding and stuff, like a coder so when i need an html page he can do it without meshing with my settings or something.

Is that possible?

There is no way to give a user access to certain parts of the admin panel.
