Is there a way to make a notice appear on restricted forums?

Can anyone help us with this query please?

We have all of our forums visible to guests, but certain forums are restricted / set so they can not read the topics within the forum. So when a guest clicks on the forum it currently shows the log in & registration screen.

Is there a way to create a message box explaining something along the lines of: "The topics in this forum can only be viewed by members, to view the forum topics you need to register as a member to have full access"

If so how would we go about implementing this please?

This is the kind of thing I wanted in this pic below - Mr Mario said it can't be done, but if you have it in place when I visit forumotion why can we not have this feature as well? Don't know if my question earlier was clear enough? If it's not possible no worries

Admin panel >> General >> Configuration >> Login pop up >> Activate YES
Add your message in it.

That is very helpful

Maybe I didn't make myself clear enough. It's not quite exactly what we wanted initially, but it will still help get the message across to guests so will serve the purpose we need.
