Solved Webmail issues?

Post by spirit09 May 7th 2011, 17:26

Hi there,

I have noticed a problem for a little while now, I have my followed topics sent to my webmail account....however....it hasnt been arriving to Horde, so I checked and noticed that Roundcube is the one to use from now one, but I haven got any mail there for a while - so I did a test mail from my personal email to roundcube and my email address --- and got undelivered message ----

Can you help me sort this out as I may have missed important mail..

Many thanks

They're discontinuing Horde, you need to start using Roundcube only.

Solved Re: Webmail issues?

Post by MrMario May 7th 2011, 18:39

I found a post about this issue.

To limit abuse and ensure a stable and fast access to all users of webmail, a storage limit (quota) of 20 MB has been established for each mailbox.

Henceforth, if a user saturates his inbox, it will no longer receive email until it has cleared space in the box in question. If this happens, it will remove some emails saved so you can receive new mail and so on. No loss of data is to be feared. However, if the member has reached its quota of saturation does nothing, it will no longer receive new mail on its webmail!

Indeed, as the inbox is full the user does not receive mail and will not receive them afterwards. As soon as he was released from the space it will start to receive new mail sent after the release of space.
However, the person who sent the mail box to a saturated receives an error message type (Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender) with an invitation to try again later.

Could you try this please?
