what the whole site or just a forum on the site?

for the whole site.

Admin panel>general>forum deletion.

for just forums on the site.

admin panel>general>forums> then delete the forums you no longer want

you have to type DELETE in then submit.
you will be sent a deactivation link to your email you created the forum with

Please be aware that only founders are able to delete forums.
