The "Upload Pic" button is not showing in user album.

check at the bottom,its righten in BOLD letters,UPLOAD IMAGE.

I have the same problem.
The 'Upload Pic' option is completely missing. I have looked through all the gallery pages and can't find it.
There doesn't seem to be an option in the admin panel to reinstate it.
