Yes remove the current one as I suspect that's whats causing the issue.
Could you also use this table, I don't know why I was using those brackets for?
Suppose that's why I don't code as soon as I just wake up

try this code then

Code:
<table border="0"><tr><td>IMAGE HERE</td><td>Welcome to the forum!                  {CURRENT_TIME} </tr></table>

Ensure the space between "forum!" and time

Solved Re: Home page message problem

Post by Darren1 on July 31st 2011, 4:24 am

here we go Suuki Very Happy

I don't get why the time stamp stopped working, but it was coincidental as to when my workload got hectic lol.
Use this code instead of the last one I gave you, and it should work perfectly pirat

Step 1) Locate this (remember it's at the start)
Code:
         <!-- BEGIN switch_user_logged_in -->
         <span class="gensmall">{LAST_VISIT_DATE}<br />
         {CURRENT_TIME}<br />
         </span>
         <!-- END switch_user_logged_in -->

Remove it replace it with:

Code:
<table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" width="100%">
<tbody><tr>
<td> <img src="http://i26.servimg.com/u/f26/15/26/54/38/clock-10.gif" /></td>
<td> <b>Welcome to the forum!</b> </td>
<td> {LAST_VISIT_DATE} <br />{CURRENT_TIME} </td>
</tr>
</tbody></table>

Works perfectly to me http://testorial.forumotion.com/
Now enjoy Cool

Small hickups are A-OK Smile
You have to remove the other lastvisit/time stamp first
Just hit the CTRL+F buttons and put in: {CURRENT_TIME} (Last visit is in the same line )and remove the one that's below our new table, and it should be all good

EDIT< oh, if you want the time to be just for members pop in the logged in code that we removed from my last post between the tags there, and it should be all good Smile

My Ctrl F doesn't work for some reason. xD I'll delete everything now and add the stuff in the morning. I'm kinda sleepy now. ._. Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate you hanging in the whole time! Very Happy I'll PM you if I'm having a problem with the code you gave me in the future! Smile
~Thank you so much! Smile

You have really been one of the only people that really didn't abandon my problem. That means A WHOLE LOT to me. =D
