Re: As Administrators
keep on going to other forums and try to bring active users and keep contests which are entertaining and try to get the best features for your forum

I would agree that contests with a bunch of people who are active can really become enjoyable and fun. It's good to have theme based events so everyone can get creative.

You can also advertise in the other common site like Facebook, twitter, youtube etc.

Re: As Administrators
Is this the VimCreek forum you are referring to?
One thing that might be (probably is!) putting people off registering is that your main index is virtually empty - it shows no posts in any of the 6 forums that are visible to guests - and the only forums that look like they have activity is the info/HQ section!
Obviously you have posts - but its not obvious at first glance - so when people get to your forum they think 'ummm... nothing going on here' and leave...because unless they scroll to the stats at the bottom it looks like an empty forum...but even if they saw that they might not join because they have no idea what is being discussed.
Try changing it so that the forums can be seen by guests - why would you need to hide the contents?!
This will also help you get 'found' on search engines - right now you probably wont because the bots wont be finding any relevant content to index you on!
Also ( I might be missing something here) but I have NO IDEA what your forum is about - it really isn't obvious what its subject is at all, Im guessing its just a general chat kinda forum - but its not really obvious, so again will put people off - if you look at forums that are doing well you will notice you can tell straight away what the forum is all about from the banner/theme they have designed
