Solved Removing Clutter at the Bottom.

Post by Nawat May 24th 2011, 12:30 am

Let me apologize before hand if this is in the wrong topic, but since it dealt with the appearance of the forum I thought this question will most likely fit here. I also apologize if this topic is already up, however, I couldn't find it in the search engine causing me to post it up here.

At the very bottom of a forumotion website in the forum/index/home there are certain things stating "Forthcoming Calendar Events within the next 5 days", "Birthdays", and etc. If you still don't know what I'm talking about, it's at the bottom with the forum Chatbox. My Administrator is finding that some of these things are unnecessary, however, no one knows how to remove them. I am wondering if it is possible to remove this clutter and if so, how?

Well, you can remove the birthdays, but nothing else.

Hi,

You can deactivate the birthdays via:
Chatbox via: Admin panel >> Modules > Chatbox configuration > Activate = No & Save.
Who is online via: Admin panel >> Display > Display list of connected members during last 24* hours : = No & Save.
Calender via: Admin panel >> Modules > Calender > Activate = No & Save.
Birthdays via: Admin Panel >> Users & Groups > User Options > Birthdays > Activate = No & Save.
